Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in <strong>forfeiture of the deposit</strong>. </p> <p style="font-size:0.95rem; margin:0 0 1.25rem 0;"> <strong>No-call / no-show</strong> clients will be charged <strong>100% of the scheduled service total</strong> and may be restricted from future booking. </p> <h3 style="font-size:1rem; font-weight:600; margin:0 0 0.5rem 0; text-transform:uppercase; letter-spacing:-0.02em;"> Late Arrivals </h3> <p style="font-size:0.95rem; margin:0 0 1.25rem 0;"> There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals after 10 minutes may lead to a shortened service or cancellation at the provider’s discretion.
