Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the full price of the service * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. * Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. Late Arrival Policy * Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. * Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling of the service, or cancellation at the provider’s discretion. * Appointments canceled due to late arrival will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. * Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
